Our team at Bawathit Elim Myanmar is passionate about Finding the Lost, Training the Found ones and Sending out the Trained ones into the Harvest fields in Myanmar. We plant churches in places where there is no or little Christians. We have been blessed to reach out and see many lost ones come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior!!
Saya Paing Zathawng (Robin Kung)
Lead Pastor at Bawathit Yangon. He is the founder of Bawathit in Myanmar in 2007. Leading Pastors and planting Churches. He is passionate about helping people Find faith in Jesus and Share their faith in Jesus with others.
Sayama Cho Mar Lwin
She is Care Pastor at Bawathit Yangon. She looks after the wellbeing of our Church people here in Yangon and beyond. Visiting hospitals, visiting homes and praying for and with people at their lowest moments in Life.
Sayama Dim Lam Kim
She is Overall Ministry Leader. She does fantastic job in leading Kids Ministry, New Converts Follow programs and she is behind everything that Bawathit Elim Myanmar does. She is passionate about Kids Ministry and helping new converts become strong followers of Jesus!
Saya Saw Lal Htoo
Lead Pastor at Bawathit Hlegu. He is very passionate for the lost people and God is using him in amazing way. He also graduated our Bawathit Leadership School.
Saya Saw Min Tun
Lead Pastor at Bawathit Pae Kya. He is one of our first coverts from Magwe Division. He is leader of leaders. He is pastoring other pastors in this region as well.
Saya Kyaw Linn
Lead Pastor at Bawathit Phayonghal. He was a former Monk and now converted to not only Follow Jesus but helps others become followers as well. God is using him is so many ways!!
Saya Moe Min
Lead Pastor at Bawathit Leypin. He is living in Phayonghla Village and is one our newest converts!! God is using him to pastor a Church in this village. He goes to this village for Three days a week .
Evangelist Taung Kyi
He works in Phayonghla Village, Magwe Division. He is one of the first new converts from this village and he loves sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in his village and with people from other villages as well.
Evangelist San Shia
He works in Ley Pin Village with Bawathit Leypin. He was one of the first converts from his village and he is passionate about reaching others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ !!
Saw Al Ywar – Youth Leader and Hlegu and Oo Yin Wa In Charge Person. He also helps his Lead Pastor Saw Lal Htoo at Bawathit Hlegu. He trains and raises up next generation leaders !!
Saya Saw Thet Naing – Pastor of Oo Yin Wa Ministry. Started in Feb.2025 with his wife living now in Oo Yin Wa Village. This village has no Believers yet and we are praying for new converts !!
Naw Esther Win Tin
Worship Team Facilitator, who loves God and serves in Bawathit Yangon. Worship Team Facilitator plays a huge and important role to have powerful and smooth worship services every sunday and beyond.
Nyein Nyein Linn
NewLife Children’s Home caretaker. She finished our 2 Month full course training then started working at our Children’s home where she takes care of the needs of kids at our Home.
Thet Min Naing
He’s our building Manager. He oversees the whole building. He generates Generator, Helps with people who come to use our building and also is doing Evangelism.
Henry John Son
He’s in charge of Media. Creating posters, Posting Ads on our Facebook pages, posting photos and Videos on our sites. He is also working as T-Shirt, Cups printing person.
Ti Sar Noe
He is our sound guy who works to record, engineer our sound on events including on Sundays. He also is a Bass player. He is our Bawathit Studio Engineer !!
